I have been taking this for almost a month now. I did cut back to 2 pills 2X daily from the original 3 pills 2X daily. I started getting sore muscles and discovered it is a side effect if not drinking enough water. I drink a lot of water so I just lowered the dose. Worked out fine. Maybe will up it next month to see if it was just an acclimation issue. However, the skin on my arms is actually looking a bit better/ muscle definition. I’m 72 if that helps anyone in the “senior” category.

Should I pick one?

I really like Triquetra products. I am taking the MTHFR drops and the Creatine Reserve. I believe I should take only one of these. Is this true? Thanks very much!

I received my order in a very timely manner… the issue was with USPS AS the package was pushed into out cluster box which fit when the postal worker put it in from the back side, however, with the frame around the front of the cluster box made it almost impossible for me to remove it! I had to reach in and remove the mailing packaging and the box the bottle was in and I thought for sure as I fought to get the bottle out I was going to break it… thankful I did not! However being in Texas and that day was 107 heat index and the inside the box was 120… I reached out to the company concerned that my order may have been destroyed in that heat. They were so responsive and helpful! They offered to replace my order to insure what I was taking would be full potency and in the appropriate condition! I asked them to help avoid the same thing happening if they would be willing to ship the new order to me via UPS and I would be willing to pay for that shipment…. I got an email this evening stating that the new order was in route via UPS with the tracking number and no additional charge to me.. I have to say this company has been probably one of the best I have ever dealt with as far as responsiveness kindness and willingness to make sure that I was taken care of and comfortable with the outcome!
