The customer service at this company is outstanding! The clogs are beautiful and I’m still breaking them in. I deducted one star because the insole of the clogs is not the most comfortable a little padding might be considered or a leather insole. Otherwise, if I had the money, I’d buy more shoes from them. The fit is almost true to size but could've been my feet at the time of day i tried them on. Highly recommended.
