Orange marmalade
It is scrumptious. Just enough of candied orange flavor. It tastes not like fresh oranges, but like orange marmalade. It is exactly what I was looking for in an orange syrup for my coffee.

Odd
I love orange flavored things and assumed this would be a slightly sweeter and/or more robust flavor. Instead it is extremely light and a little more floral than I expected. It is not a bad flavor but it is not what one expects.
