The chocolate drink is very good. Tastes so nice . The turmeric latte makes a great change from coffee. A great alternative.

Was a lot more money than I would usually pay for a bundle that had only approximately quarter of the amount of the size of product as compared to the actual bags they came in. But dispite this, I have been searching for good products that would benifit me rather than leave me feeling drained after drinking them (sugery milkshakes & drinks), so I decided to pay the price of Goodness & take a chance on Cress Valley & Im glad I did! I like the Calming Chocolate Latte the best. Tastes decadent, like your drinking something really special...cos you are. With Ashwagandha in it, it really has helped my sleeps & mood, so its worth the price for sure. The Berry Citrus Splash is my next fav with probiotics & prebiotic you know its gonna be good for you & tastes & smells good, tho the sweetner (which im surmizing is the monk fruit, but dont quote me on it) may take a little getting used to if youv been used to sugar. It is a nice mix once you do. Now the Vital Superfood was my least fav due to the lack of sweetness, but it has no spirilina in it (which I cant tollerate) & has kawakawa & manuka which in my books is impressive to include Maori Rongoa, cos im part Maori & I know theyr good for you, as well as all the other ingredients too. So overall, these products are worth spending your money on, cos your health is EVERYTHING!!!
