Set up was no issue. Very comfortable to wear for hours. However, As the unit is compact, I had issue understanding multi-function just one button on the ear buds. Listened to videos on the web for this product to understand how to get all four features this one button does viz - on/off, volume, accept etc.

I have a smaller-than-average ear size, I also wear eyeglasses. The loop part behind the earlobe is so bulky that it is not easy to put it on. So, I remove my glasses first, and then put the Pepple in position, then put my glasses back on. I assume many electronic parts are placed inside the loop but I wish it could be more flexible and not as bulky. The sound quality is good and I will keep using it.
