Plushies are exactly as described! Love the weight and quality. One of the plushies had an issue and I raised it to customer support and they immediately fixed it by replacing it for us with no cost and let us keep the plushie that had an issue! We'll be keeping our new one while the old one was manually fixed and donated to a charity!

We just lost our harlequin fur baby Bowie. My daughter’s aunties pitched in to find a weighted snuggle toy for my 12-year-old daughter. Bowie the Panda came up, and it was a clear sign that she needed it. Thank you! He’s helped her transition to sleeping without our pup.
