Extremely disappointed with their delivery time and not disclosing that I had to pay for Customs for some reason.
I was excited to receive the item especially since it was mentioned on their site that it ships from Toronto. It was supposed to be a gift for my boyfriend and was waiting for this item to release. I wanted to support a Canadian brand but it came two weeks late and better yet, the delivering company was telling me I had to pay customs. I was confused considering I only live about an hour away from Toronto so I didn’t understand why there was customs fees nor did the website disclose that.
I must admit, I made the mistake and told them that I will not be accepting that fees and will return it back to sender. The website stated that they normally respond within 48 hours. It’s been over a week since I sent an email and haven’t heard back from them. Incredibly upset over this since now I don’t have the item nor does it seem I can even get a refund on it.

Been a huge kingdom hearts fan since game 1 on the ps2 and I’m so inlove with this piece of jewelry. Been looking for a KH ring for a while and I’m so happy I stumbled on your guys stuff! Will def be buying more jewelry!

Fits perfect, very comfortable too! Seems like great quality. Got it stuck on a few things and banged it around but the ring has held up without getting bent or scratched! Would recommend to anyone who is on the fence!
