Hugely satisfying Sunday morning workshop

We booked Tanya’s workshop for our friends 50th birthday. Tanya put us at ease straight away, everything was explained clearly and in a fun way. The session was perfectly paced—little demos in between and then working at your own bench. We walked away with beautiful rings having had a wonderful experience and huge sense of achievement. The small group size meant we got plenty of one-on-one help. Highly recommend for a solo treat or a group outing.

From the moment we arrived, Tanya made us feel incredibly welcome—like we were catching up with an old friend rather than attending a class. Her workshop is absolutely fascinating, and she created such a warm, relaxed atmosphere, even keeping us topped up with tea and delicious sweet treats throughout. Tanya is a fantastic teacher. She clearly explained and demonstrated each step of the jewellery-making process, and her patience and kindness really stood out. No question felt too small, and she made sure everyone felt confident and supported. What truly made the experience special was Tanya herself—her engaging personality and genuine warmth made the whole session feel personal and enjoyable. We had such lovely conversations while creating our pieces, which made the day even more memorable. We’re so happy with the bracelets we made and would love to come back again. The facilities were excellent, and Tanya went above and beyond with helpful advice—from making our visit run smoothly to even recommending lunch options and how to get a discount at the on-site café. Overall, this was a brilliant experience that we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking for something creative, relaxing, and truly enjoyable.
