Rawdah MagSafe Card Holder

Not a great experience sadly.

Hi - This company is one I would so like to support but I didn't have the greatest experience with them. When I ordered, I mistakenly ordered a card holder along with the phone case under two separate orders. I reached out immediately but they said that the order had been processed and could not rescind it, which is odd as most smaller companies can easily do this. However, they said it would be easy to return upon receipt. I live in the US and the company is in the UK. So, I was asked to send the item back with tracking, which would have been close to $30. I decided to keep the item, even though I won't be using it. They should have a much more customer friendly return option if they want to succeed and let you know up front that this is the situation with returns.

Absolutely love the quality and design 🤍 The Rawdah collection feels premium, elegant, and meaningful at the same time. The MagSafe strength is solid, the finishing is beautiful, and everything fits perfectly. Even the packaging felt thoughtful. Definitely one of the nicest Islamic-inspired tech accessories I’ve owned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
