Quinn Light | Notebook

I ordered 3 items on July 23rd. 2 of the 3 arrived and I am still waiting on my desk pad and we are in the last week of August. I have reached out to customer service, they state it’s being sent out separately even though it was listed in the package list and nothing was explained at that time that it would be delayed or sent separately. I have to send emails to customer service for any updates, the first was we will send a separate tracking number when we have one, still had to email again for an update, the update from customer service was we are waiting on an update that was sent on the status of the desk pad. It would’ve been better to communicate that the desk pad wasn’t full filled and we will correct it but it will take longer for it to ship. I ended up ordering a desk pad from a different company that has already arrived. I understand things happen but I feel like I have to chase them to find information about my order. The notebooks are great.
