Long shipping time but love the planner. Very easy to use, well laid out.

Hello there. While I have been a definite supporter of this brand for years, I finally ordered some thing in good hopes that prayerfully I would have a great experience. Unfortunately, my experience was not great at all. I placed my order on August 8 and did not receive it until August 29th. While I’m all for things being made local, that is utterly ridiculous. There was absolutely no communication via email or anything and no way for me to even track my order. That has led me to desiring to never purchase anything else from this brand. I work very hard for every dollar that I have and so when I spend money on things, I’m not just spending money on a product, but also an experience and this experience for me was not good.
