Tangled chain
Looks a lovely necklace, but arrived in a pouch with earrings and is all knotted. Have sent 2 emails about this and no response. Disappointed by this as it is for a birthday present. That I cannot give on time due to me not being able to untangle as its so delicate and it didn't arrive in a box or pouch of its own
