They shipped my sneakers in a bag instead of a box all the way from California to where I am in Florida. You can imagine how that went. The same bag you would use for shirts is what they shipped my sneakers box in. The box, of course was completely destroyed and one of the sneakers indented. My foot in the shoe helps straighten it out. Why couldn’t they ship it in a box??!? They have instagram stories showing them in their store with shipping boxes. They CHOSE to send mine in a bag. They should give people heads up that they ship sneakers this way. I’d wouldn’t have bought from them.

First time purchasing here and definitely my last. Box was completely destroyed and had to have move shoes to a completely new box. Shoes was just placed in a shipping bag with now other form of protection. Hopefully this was an one off, but I won’t be a customer to find out.

The product is great - the shop decided to ship the sneakers in one of the plastic envelopes that are thinner than paper and the merchandise arrived destroyed . Interesting way to treat paying customers - no wonder people resort to stealing .
