The best I’ve found in years
I love the colors and the smooth application. All colors accent the eye pigments you have and compliments the Pici line in shadow colors

Best eyeliner! I have allergies and not all products are great quality but thats not the case with Pixi Beauty— I’ve never had a product i didnt like. This eyeliner glides on well, stays put throughout the day and washes iff easily.
