Recent purchase of headphones Ensemble and Opera

The sound from the Ensemble was great however there is no Mute button how come? I have to have mute sometimes and all headphones I have owned have Mute buttons. The Opera sound isn’t as good as Ensemble sound at all it’s muffled and fuzzy and I would exchange it for the Ensemble as I need 2 headphones one for LR and one for bedroom but Ensemble has no Mute and I need Mute so I not sure what I want to do - maybe I will exchange Opera for Ensemble and just live without Mute as I watch much more TV in Bedroom than LR - I hope you’ll let me exchange for Ensemble if I decide to do so as I had Sennheiser prior but didn’t like their service and will definitely not use them anymore and I want to stay with Avantree from now on.
