One Piece 500 Years Into the Future Booster Box (500年後の未来) [OP07]

Ordered 3 boxes over a month ago and received an update 5 days later saying a shipping label was created but waiting on product to ship out. Nothing has happened since. I have attempted to reach out via calling and emailing and have not heard any response!
