Blossie Basket PDF Pattern (Quilt as you go)

I enjoyed making the Blossie Basket from your pattern. It turned out pretty good. There was a little trouble with the lid, it came out a tad smaller than the basket. But I really like the basket. Thank you!

My friends and I took a class at Quilt Country using this pattern. We all range from absolute beginner to intermediate to very advanced. We had such a great time and have made more than one each. You cannot even tell which basket is the beginner one. They all turned out perfect and each suited to the personality of the creator.

Enjoyed my initial make of the Blossie Basket and have three cut out ready to sew for gifts. I did use a lightweight iron on vilene on the smaller hexagon as well as the batting just to ensure the fabric was strong enough and I'm happy with the results.
