Darjeeling Leaf Tea

It's quite mild but full of flavour and makes a great afternoon tea. We also drink it first thing in the morning - two parts Darjeeling to one part Assam. A tea blender friend of ours told us it was the late Queen's favourite blend. Tea Direct are a delight to deal with and have a great range of teas for all tastes. The 1kg bags are good value as the leaves store well in sealed jars once opened and last for ages.

This tea is always delicious, light and bit bitter. It keeps well in an airtight caddy. It's my go-to, whatever the time of day.
