Firewire BOSS UP 5-Fin (6'6-7'6) Ibolic Futures

Only surfed it once. Overhead surf, paddles great, turns exceptional for its size (length). Good for point breaks, looking forward to surfing it again, fun board.

After I demoed both the 7’2 and 7’6 Boss Up from HSS, I decided to get the 7’2 in Volcanic tech. The board paddles super good and catches waves very easily. I love riding this board when town gets around head high and lets you glide into the bigger sets better than any of my other boards. Been riding it as a quad and so far settled in on the Craig Andersen large front fins and the Hayden Shapes quad rear fins. While I’d likely ride something else when the waves are smaller, it’s nice that this board is up to the task and can handle a wide range of conditions.
