Great products and amazing customer service

I recently purchased a number of different products and gift bundles as gifts, including the Bobo tea romper. However, when my order was delivered, I noticed that they had sent me the wrong romper. I promptly sent off an email requesting info on how to exchange. What followed was truly surprising and much appreciated. Not only did they offer to send me the right product, but they also suggested for me to keep the wrong product as their present for sending the wrong product to begin with. Must say I'm truly impressed by the customer service. I had previously also bought their gift bundles as baby gifts for friends and the gifts have always been met with much joy and appreciation. So thanks again for creating beautiful products and for upholding such a high level of customer service.
