Liberation EV 2.5 XL Elite Series Box

Took over an entire year to arrive. Customer service was absolutely atrocious and they never reached out announcing delays. Everytime I reached out, they could never provide an estimated timeframe other than “Soon.” Requested compensation and they offered $15 in store credit, which was never received. I will never recommend this company to anyone, and I will never purchase from them again.

The quality is amazing and the design is immaculate the only thing that sucks was waiting 1 year and two weeks for this to arrive with little to no updates and nothing for the inconvinience.
