I was very pleasantly surprised with the leather of the insert. ADORE HAVING A ZIPPER, which is so handy for my stickers to sit and the extra little pockets are cute and hold personal momentos, personal handwritten notes from hubby and friends and cute little Polaroid’s to remind of the important people in my life ♥️ I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing this with your A4 journal/folio
