Bixby Ring

They sent me the wrong sized ring. The website states to contact them for a return process which took 3 emails and a week to get a response. It turns out i ordered the correct size, they supplied the wrong size. So I prepaid express post packagaing returned their oversize jewellery with one of my own rings for sizing its has been a week and i cant raise them. No emails, no explanations even though i clearly stated i am in a timeline amd need the return exchange performed quickly as im leaving town.

Love the design

A very cute ring which fits in well to my collection. I love the design but one of the stones doesn’t seem to be as flushly fit as the others
