Great customer service
I originally ordered an XL as I like it oversized I’m normally a size 14au it was massive so I asked for an exchange which was super easy and customer service 10/10 I reordered a M which is still a little bit too oversized but I’d didn’t want to risk a S being too small. Overall very happy quality is 10/10 and would order again

This product runs big so wouldn’t recommend sizing up. I initially ordered the wrong size and experienced a very easy and satisfying returning experience. South St does customer service well! I love this fleece and wear it often, perfect winter essential!

Disappointing to say the least
I have loved this brand for quite a long time and had finally bought this fleece. Unfortunately it did not live up to its expectations and is not the quality you'd hope for at this price. The elastic toggle had come broken and the zipper is janky and low quality. While i appreciate the fabric composition being partly cotton, I would not purchase again. Additionally it took around 3 weeks to arrive due to no stock which was not disclosed or told to me until I reached out. I would be wary when purchasing
