Large fits great, fabric has the smoothing effect of a thicker shirt. The stomach area is slightly loose, but as slim as I can go before it's too tight for my style (I don't like to highlight my stomach or for my stomach to stick out). Good thing it doesn't shrink (already tested this).
I'm 6'3" and I bounce between 190-200 lbs. I'm usually right around 195. Originally I chose XL but exchanged it for size L and I'm satisfied.
