I think what I love most about the next is the feeling of durability you get when In hand. The heft of the knife along with the huge hardware and double coil spring lock along with the tall but slicey thin tungsten blade, just scream use me. The G10 scales are extremely comfortable and just love the scandi grind and double bevel on the Tungsten blade.

Very nice knife. To be honest the selling point for me was the tungsten carbide. I have been using and sharpening benchmade knives and im just sick of it. They seem to not hold a edge long enough for my liking. I use it for daily tasks like cutting twine on hay bales or opening packages. This new lenta is a bit heavy. I think the edge can be inspected and fixed in a few ways. The edge was not sharpened towards the back of the blade and the bevel was slightly off on the tip from side to side.

I hate crossbar locks and this knife is no exception—the lock is lousy—that said I was-and remain—interested in the blade steel. Which for me is proving incredible and came back quickly when I knocked off the fine edge it came with—I simply honed it back with a 3000. 5000. And 10,000grit stones
