Love this tent, but the fly needs additional anchor points.
I absolutely love this tent for every reason I chose it. It’s very spacious, has so many options for ventilation, view and entrances with 3 doors and 3 windows. It’s built well with quality materials; zippers are smooth, stitching is solid and it truly does set up in minutes. The only thing I question is the lack of anchoring points at the mid sections of the fly; specifically on the long ends. During my first use we had some consistent winds overnight. As a result, the fly was lifting and blowing up over the tent’s vertical tensioning poles. (I did check to make sure the tent and fly guylines were taught and all hooks were secure) Had it been raining, there would have been no way to keep the rain from blowing beneath the fly and into the tent. It seems that Velcro tabs similar to those present on the fly corners would fix the fly to the vertical tensioner rods and prevent lifting. If not that, an additional guy out point on either long side of the fly would do the same. Other than that issue, I believe this NatureHike Cape 6 tent is of high quality, reasonably priced and definitely backed by an exceptional customer service team.
