Hephaestus

I really like the look and the fit of the ring, my only problem is because of the Damascus patterns on it. It catches on things around the edges, I’m gonna take it to a jeweler and see if they’ll file down the edges where the Damascus steel needs the wood. If that metal edge of the Damascus, steel part were smooth, or ground back so that it didn’t catch on things, this would be a five star perfect review!

I did not like this purchase. Both the metal and wood in this ring is very thin. Had I seen this at a vendors table, I would have passed on it.

Great fit for sure, exactly the size I needed. However, the edges of the Hephaestus is sharp like it’s not completed. Sharp enough to pull threads from clothing and scratch skin. The antiquing (black parts) were already scratched and the metal itself was marred. I was able to talk to customer service and they were willing to exchange the ring but I’m hoping it will not have the same sharp edges at the least. Overall design is great, fit was perfect, but I hope the edging issue gets fixed for future customers
