It does not lather at all and even with the mesh bag I could not get a lather. I try to scib between my hands and not much comes off. Maybe it was just my batch though as I do love the shampoo and dry shampoo from here. I might try it once more time when this runs out but I don't think it's worth the money if this is the usual quality unfortunately.
