I had a brain freeze in the ordering process and clicked the wrong color (clicked gold, intended silver) yeah I know (ugh) I sent a reply to the order confirmation and got an immediate response that it was fixed and in route. even with my own mistake, this entire experience first click to received product was an A+

It functions like I had expected it to and WOW at the compliments that I receive on the nostalgic look/sound of your product. The only negative comment that I have is as an architect, I use a drawing program (AutoCAD) which requires me to hit the escape button quite often. That button is in the usual location but the return lever is very close to it. It's not that big of an issue other than it typically requires me to look down to make sure I'm not hitting the return lever. I love the product.
