Literati Journal - Crimson Red

Gorgeous cover, I'm not a fan of red but it was reduced and I decided 'what the hell'. It's a lovely book; Thick pages, which I'm writing my thoughts on, words of the day, and putting my 'artwork'.

Love both the products and the service. My Kindle DOES travel in more security and comfort than I do but bearing in mind how much I have invested in it that’s fine! Notebook is a beauty!

This is a gorgeous looking notebook, with a stunning cover and ribbon. Sadly, despite being advertised as suitable for fountain pens, the paper doesn’t measure up against other quality brands. There is no bleed-through, which is great, but wetter inks broaden and feather. For someone with small handwriting and who prefers fine nibs - this is not ideal. All my writing looks wider and each letter is fuller on this paper. Shame, because it is beautiful. I’d say it’s better for rollerballs or fineliners.
