5 Star service and products. I messed up and over tightened the bolts resulting in them pulling through on the tailgate. I offered to purchase an additional set since it was 100% my fault but they went above and beyond and sent me a new set of bolts and had them on their next shipment with charging me anything. On top of the exceptional customer service their products are outstanding and wish I would have ordered them sooner. They fit on my F150 perfectly as described. Top notch company and will definitely be a repeat customer for other products.

Unbelievable service. In a day when companies hide their contact information from their customers, this company made it easy and quick to correct my error. I happened to order the wrong product. It was over the weekend when I realized I couldn't install the product. I sent a chat, and it was immediately responded to and helped me.
