I recently received the boots, and I’m still in awe of the entire experience. From the initial communication about the fitting, the meticulous packing, the thoughtful messaging, to the exceptional quality and perfect fit, everything has been outstanding.

The boots are great. I ordered a pair of Americana’s directly from Nick’s and both arrived today. Ironic how they were both made from the same manufacturer but could not be more different in terms of QC, overall quality, attention to detail and customer service. DR goes above and beyond and I’m more than happy to continue to support such a great retailer!
