I am beyond frustrated with my experience. I bought this set as a gift, and it was a complete embarrassment. First, the shipping took over two months. When the package finally arrived, the quality was appalling. Several pieces did not match the shapes shown in the instruction manual, making it physically impossible to finish the build. I paid a significant amount of money for what I thought would be a premium product, only to give someone a defective gift. I feel ashamed that I spent my money on this. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

My second build from Mostarle and it was impressive. Love the colors and lights. Great instructions, easy to follow, heavy parts. Customer service was also great. Be gentle with the magnets, I over tightened one, but customer service was amazing and helped me get the exact parts that I messed up on. Overall a fun build, so happy with it.

Took far too long long to arrive - missed Xmas so hasn’t been given to anyone yet. Will never buy from you again. 2 x Xmas presents I had to buy alternatives for at additional cost. Disgraceful service
