Little Black Dress Scallop Bulletin Board Border

The border has changed significantly from the original design. It is no longer glossy or laminated, and the black color appears much duller than before. I was unable to match my existing product, and there was no indication when ordering that such substantial changes had been made. As a result, the item does not meet my expectations and is not compatible with the product I was trying to match. Had I known these changes had been made, I would not have placed the order.
