Very Functional
An interesting design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional at chopping and dicing. This thing is somewhere between a chef knife and an Ulu. Dice up herbs and onions or slice fruit, is does all equally well. The single bevel edge is razor sharp and will be 50%easier to maintain when that time comes. Comfortable to use and all the fingers stay out of the way.
