15s Nexus BMS V2,Pint and XR, VESC, Charge Only BMS

I like it!

Before I bought this I tried a Flipsky BMS with a Maxkgo 15S stock breakout board (for my XR VESC) and I accidentally connected 2 of the cells wires while soldering balance wires onto the breakout terminals. I think I ruined the flipsky BMS. This one costs barely more money but it is super simple and requires minimal soldering, for a easy BMS swap if your FM BMS dies. Bonus points, on the PintX VESC project this works really good and it will fit inside the battery box with lid completely closed! Unlike the (Flipsky, Maxkgo, ZBMS) type. Get some XT30 connectors and solder one to the power plug wires, and another with a little wire going to the charge terminals on the board, for an easy disconnect if you need to work inside the battery box without the BMS getting in the way.

Not plug and play as advertised

This was not “drop in ready” as advertised. An XT30 connector had the be soldered onto the board for the battery connection. Otherwise works fine, just miss leading if you’re looking for something less involved
