Tastes like it went bad

I have bought this product and other AN supp protein powders in the past. I had loved them. This one for some reason (maybe it’s a bad batch) tastes extremely chemically. Almost as if it went bad. I can’t drink it.

Chemical Taste and Burning Sensation

I've used this protein powder before and had great results, which is why I bought it again. Unfortunately, this purchase had a strong chemical taste and caused a burning sensation in both my wife's mouth and mine. I reported the issue to customer service over a week ago and have yet to receive a meaningful response or resolution. Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.

Very strong metallic flavor at the end of every sip. Impossible to enjoy. I’m sorry I wanted to like it but by day 2 it was too much.
