So lightweight and easy to wear. Contacted the company with a question about their ability to block blue light when they sent me over the study that proves their glasses work. They look really stylish on. They definitely help with eye strain from screens. I don’t know if they’ve been helping me much sleep, but I’ve always been a good sleeper, was before I bought the glasses.
