6x Blisso Advanced Joint Support

The product is too hard to use. It's very, very thick, it says it should be refrigerated. It doesn't wanna come out of the bottle or out of the eye dropper I haven't been able to use it.I still have all the bottles.I need to return this.Please advise on how I go about this.Thank you

My order arrived and unlike my other different Blisso products, this product is very thick and syrupy. Was hoping refrigeration would help, but see no difference. Am not sure about results yet.. too soon.

my cats would not touch it even when mixed in their food. They like the probiotic a lot.
