Electrolytes

Taste great, the packaging looks cool, and it’s been a boost having 1000 mg sodium for training! I am building up to 75 mile weeks and just left Virginia for about 8 weeks in AZ and UT and am training in the heat before heading up to higher elevation for the Indianapolis marathon. Thanks for the great fuel!

Best I’ve had right now. We’re using tubs and sticks lime flavor with great results. On the local 10 mile after the 5 mile turnaround I’ve probably shaved off 15 minutes coming back. I’ve only had unflavored so far so the lime is a real treat. Very high-quality product I would recommend for any sport.
