Your product is great, but I paid extra for express postage. They day it was due i, recieved a phonecal from a post office 1 hour drive away that the package was there and I had the option of driving there to pick it up or they would re send it which would mean it had to transit back through Brisbane then back to me at Pomona, i recieved it 4 days later. Defeats the purpose of paying extra for express.. I am aware this is out of your control but, just thought you should know.

Great product, amazing customer support and efficient processing times

We are very happy with the quality and look of our door handles (Mucheln Berkley brushed brass, & Michelin Duke) purchased for the renovation of our home. When we noticed, that our builder discarded of the dust boxes included in the kits and instead left unsightly holes in the door frame we went back to hardware box to ask for a part order. Hardware box sent us the requested parts at no cost together with the concealed flush pull ordered online. The flush pull was easy to install and complements the brushed brass fittings that were used throughout the house.
