Always love anything from here. Do not like the stickers you put on the jewelry. Difficult to get off. Must be a new thing I’ve never had this before.

Flimsy workmanship
It is a pretty piece, however I am disappointed with the workmanship and quality. I wore this piece in my helix. As with the two other Mejuri pieces I have purchased (both diamond flat back studs) I slept with it on. In less than 1 month the clasp bent and the stone loosened from the piece. It is no longer wearable. I submitted a claim immediately and was told that it wasn’t under warranty coverage which only includes craftsmanship issues and metal naturally has some bend. The loose stone was not addressed in the response emails. The website reiterates 2 year warranty for workmanship issues and this is a semi fine 10k gold piece that is ‘made to live in’ and ‘ultra durable’ and ‘resistant to…bending’. I recommend looking at other places for semi-fine jewelry and don’t waste your money on this one.

I firstly quite like the shape and design of this product, different color can fit to my outfit color! I will probably by it, especially for my lucky color ones!
