If I could give this negative stars, I would. I ordered 2 bottles of the K18 AirWash Dry Shampoo. I received 2 bottles of K18 AstoLift Volume Spray. When I reached out to the seller initially, she attempted to charge me a 20% restocking fee to exchange my incorrect items for the items I actually ordered and removed the 15% discount I was given on the original purchase. After multiple emails back and forth, the seller did end up removing the upcharges. Once I receieved the items I ordered, I immediately knew the products were fake. The bottle is shiny (should be a matte texture), there is no batch code on the bottom of the bottle, and it smells like men’s cologne. BUYER BEWARE
