Replacing a fake Owala

I purchased what I thought was a beautiful Owala cup that was a special edition for The Nasters golf tournament on line and when I got it, the spout gasket was missing. I responded to the email and they sent another replacement cup. In the meantime I ordered extra gaskets direct from Owala. Replacement cup comes and it doesn’t keep anything cold that’s when I realized I got a counterfeit. Went out and bought a real Owala which is fantastic, pretty and keeps my drinks cold. Lesson learned. Only buy online if direct from Owala!

Doesn’t fit 24oz and Smaller

Not correct size for 24 ounce. Disappointed by the official response from the company, “these fit all bottles”. Technically yes it fits, however, it’s very difficult to close. You have to use force to close it. I’m no longer able to use these bottles while driving because it’s too difficult to press the lid down. Customer service told me to file a warranty claim, but I don’t understand how that’s gonna solve the problem. I’ve asked them to contact the warehouse and get the correct size. Otherwise, these bottles are completely unusable for what I need them for. This website defaults to sorting by the highest rating, but I clicked on some of the lower ratings and this appears to be an issue that the company has known about for over six months.

Moldy, so why do we have to pay for it?

This was cleaned very diligently, with a bleach solution, and stil molded. The shipping cost exceeded the cost of the replacement, by 3x. I regretted not ordering a generic one from Amazon. I could have gotten two Sip Gaskets for the price of just one from Owala. Very frustrating....
