First off, its worth the wait...it takes a few weeks to receive the item but the fit of the plug is very snug and the tail falls just at the lower back where im able to wear some pants while wearing the tail which is a big plus..the tail itself is very soft with a beautiful color. I will definitely end up ordering another in the future and possibly try their collars. Also the carrying bag and storage vase is a very nice addition!

Had some issues with shipping that were entirely my fault; help was prompt and thorough, and we got things squared away nicely so I could still recieve my order. Tail and ears are soft, look nice, and feel wonderful.
