Microblading Eyebrow Pen

It's paint. I thought it was more chalky easier to put on.

I was looking forward to giving this a go, but after one try, it was absolutely bone dry, and I can't use it again . The cap was on tightly, but when it arrived, the box was squashed, so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I bought the brown and it is almost black. So thumbs down
