Nimo 15.6" N15A Ryzen 7 6850U FHD Laptop

So far, so good. Happy to find this much ram and storage in the price range. Not going to blow you away but does what we need it to do and is affordable. Awesome communication as well.

Terrible experience: rum from this company

TLDR: NIMO sold me a laptop with defective speakers and dealing with their AI driven customer support has been a nightmare. Currently I’m out 700 bucks with no laptop and no end resolution in sight. I had high hopes for my NIMO laptop when I ordered: several sites and lists I looked at listed them as a great budget gaming laptop. So I ordered. I received a laptop that had defective speakers. After extensive trouble shooting, their support sent me a shipping label to return the laptop. When the return processed it they would send a new one. I’ve been trapped in AI customer support hell ever since: both receiving emails that I don’t need to take action and also that if I don’t respond to a non-existing email that they will consider the matter closed and close out my ticket. As I fill out this review, I’m still waiting for a replacement laptop and currently just out 700 bucks. Honestly, even getting this review request is infuriating given the current circumstances. Heads up for NIMO: AI customer support is frustrating and a terrible business practice if you want happy customers. I guess it’s fine if the plan is to burn people with defective laptops and blow town like a crooked carnival. I would never order from them again. As it stands, my new hobby is about to be warning people off NIMO and investigating what kind of legal options are available for me to take. If any readers are considering taking the risk and ordering from this sham of a company: do yourself a favor and spend you money somewhere else.

Game Problems and Things I like and dislike about the laptop.

Laptop looks greats and runs pretty okay. But for some reasons it would crash on a game that requires the least amount of download storages and games would lag when trying to boot it up. In which case I have to restart my laptop for it to run smooth. Although the solution is simple, a simple restart. It starts to get annoying at some point. And as for the keys, I find f1 key which is the sleep key to be really annoying due to the fact that I would accidently click on it trying to click on esc. The coloring is also a bit weird especially when it comes to the color purple, had to make the colors darker for you to really be able to see the color purple. I like the way that the keyboard sound. Not too loud and sound pretty nice when typing. The matted screen is also great especially when you sit somewhere in the sun and can still see the screen without having a big glare. But I have a question, I bought the 2TB laptop but in the storage, it says that I have 1.81TB, not that much of a big deal but it's kind of false advertising.
