RayHunter is a modified Verizon Orbic Speed hotspot that attempts to identify the presence of an IMSI Catcher or Stingray device used to Man-In-The-Middle Cellular network traffic. RayHunter still allows full functions of the mobile hotspot, so with an activated SIM card, you can monitor for Cell Site Simulators while using the hotspot.
