Sawtooth Duffel Bags

This is the best duffel bag I’ve ever owned, hands down! There are so many zippered pockets, it made it easy to organize my belongings. Being able to wear it as a back pack was also a game changer going through the airport! Well done Initial Ascent!

Took the Sawtooth Duffel out for its first true Alaska backcountry test, and it crushed it. I pushed it through bogs, heavy mud, and deep water crossings on the way to camp. Everything inside—clothes, dry layers, and gear—stayed completely dry thanks to the solid waterproofing. The bag held up perfectly under real abuse with no rips, seam failures, or leaks. Once back at the house, I just hosed it off, let it dry, and it was ready to roll again the same day for my daily training. The versatile carry options (handles and removable padded shoulder straps) make it easy to switch between backcountry hauls and gym runs, while the organization and U-shaped zipper access kept everything quick to grab. This thing is built tough for the kind of wet, rugged conditions we deal with up here—highly recommend it for hunters, outdoorsmen, or anyone needing a reliable, multi-use duffel that transitions seamlessly from the field to everyday life. I used this as a carry on to go to Peru with. It was really nice to just throw in the back of a truck and not have to worry about it getting dusty or wet. The construction is really high quality.
